We take pride in supporting our community, in particular the schools, colleges, and parks that enable us to grow and thrive together. Below are some recent projects we’ve been working on, together with our community partners.
Playground in Sprayberry Center
Our company is happy to have worked on the playground shade project for the Sprayberry Center for students with special needs, at the Lloyd Wood Education Center located in Northport, Alabama. This project added much needed shade to the students’ playground areas.
We are grateful to have collaborated with Cain Steel and The Paint Spot, who provided the square tube steel and paint for this project.
Northside Middle School
We have joined Alabama ONE and Capital Real Estate in supporting Northside Middle School in Tuscaloosa County. We will be presenting the Hardox® Award to students who have worked hard to improve their studies, as well as recognizing pupils who achieve Northside’s Honor Roll.
Shelton State Community College
Our company also supports Shelton State Community College by serving on the advisory committee and hiring candidates from their Welding program.
Sipsey Valley High
Adopting Sipsey Valley High through the Adopt-A-School program, and donating a greenhouse – installation included.
Pickens County College
We support hiring candidates from the Pickens County College and their Career Center. Our company has also donated welding consumables and a welding machine to support the Pickens County College’s Welding program.
Worlds of Work
Taking part in the Worlds of Work event (WoW) at Shelton State community college to contribute to the future of West Alabama.
