Do I need a smartphone?

To get the full benefit out of Wear IQ, it is required that the person working on the machine have has access to a smartphone with internet access to be able to report maintenance activities and deviations found during inspection.

What can I do on the mobile app?

The mobile app enables technicians to get key information about the machine and wear parts directly from the field. With the mobile app you can track the status of wear parts, report inspections, production and maintenance activities to provide quick updates for the whole team.
