Wear Resistant Bevelled Cutting Edges
Abraservice UK supply hot rolled wear resistant steel edges in a range of hardness from 250 HB to 500 HB.
These can be supplied with either a single or double bevelled edge from a selection of standard sizes cut to length and with holes if needed.
These products are hot rolled to dimension and then heat treated, and have a through hardness as specified, with no heat affected zone around the perimeter as with plasma or oxy gas profiled wear edges. This gives the finished product a much longer wear life.

Abraservice UK also manufacture fully finished cutting edges to customer requirements up to 140mm thick, produced from a selection of high wear, impact & heat resistant alloy steels.
